In mid 2016, my design 'Familiar v. Foreign' was recognised as a Top 5 entry at the DesignBUILD 'Raw' student competition.

The aim of the project was to develop an entrance feature to be display at Door 9 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

​

Visually it had to summarise what could be expected my patrons visiting the DesignBUILD Expo, but further to this, had to remain within strict budget, time and construction ocnstraints.

​

All Top 5 students were interviewed on behalf of DesignBUILD to further uncover the creative motivations behind our ideas.
